Ken and Janet Baker were called to New Baltimore in 1984. They have 3 wonderful daughters and 10 grandchildren. Ken graduated from Dallas Theological Seminary and has served at NBCC as Senior Pastor for 40 years but now steps into the assistant role as he approaches retirement.

Ken loves the joy of ministry, power naps, handyman projects, and playing games with family and friends. They have raised their family here. So, the roots are deep. Both feel called to New Baltimore. They resonate with the phrase, “Look at what God is doing, then join Him.”
